Absolutely not! Our classes welcome all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Our Oasis Flow and Prelude Reformer classes are structured around Fundamentals and are a great way to become familiarized with Pilates principles. We offer specialized beginner workshops and our instructors are skilled at providing modifications for every fitness level. Your journey starts exactly where you are, and we'll help you progress safely and effectively.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes that allow for easy movement—think yoga attire or athletic wear. Avoid loose clothing that might get caught in equipment as well as clothing with metal accessories such as zippers. We do ask that you bring your own mat for use in our Infrared Mat Room. We require the use of Grip Socks when taking any of our Reformer classes. We do have grip socks available for purchase at reception or ahead of time on our app, which are necessary for participation on the Reformers or any of our other Pilates apparatuses.
